While nourishing the soil through composting is at the heart of what we do, we also believe in nourishing people. Understanding food—how it fuels your body and impacts your well-being—is just as important.
Founder Lydia Thomsen a NZ Registered Nutritionist offers personalised nutrition support to help you make the most of your food, covering the following:
- Weight management, digestive issues and boosting energy levels
- Seasonal and low waste meal plans
- Boosting cooking skills and confidence.

Initial consultation (60-75 minutes) - $150
Book an initial consultThis first session helps us understand your health goals. Together we work through a comprehensive nutrition assessment to shape a personalised action plan that covers the basics in making food work for you for achieving your goals. Online and in-person consultations available.

Follow up consultation (30 mins) - $55
This is an opportunity to review how you are progressing with your health goals. It's important to make food work for you, so if there are any challenges you're up against, book in a follow up session to discuss tools/strategies to get you back on track. Online and in-person consultations available.

Seasonal and low waste meal plan - $60
This is a great add-on to an initial consult if you are needing tailored meal and snack suggestions with whole, seasonal food and low waste in mind for you and your whānau/family. Only available with initial and follow up consultations.

Nutrition package (initial consult + 2x 30 minute follow-up consults) -$255
Book an initial consultA great option for those who benefit from ongoing 1:1 support. Appointments can be spread out over 6-8 weeks which has shown to support sustainable dietary change.

Nutrition + Compost Workshops (2 hours) - $200 + travel expenses
For workplaces we offer workshops and tailor these to suit general nutritional needs of your staff, but also to support changes in composting workplace and household food scraps using the Pickled Composting System.
